In honor of World Environment Day, WMO IG Arts and Science College hosted a special program titled “Thaliru” on June 5th, 2024. The initiative, held on both the college campus and in Panamaram Town, underscored the college’s commitment to environmental responsibility and community engagement.
A cornerstone of the program was the distribution of saplings to the community. This initiative not only promotes green cover but also empowers citizens to become active participants in environmental conservation.
